When to use this: Your files and mappings are confirmed, and you are ready to import or review a completed run.
Check the numbers
Before pressing Import, compare Check the numbers with the report exported from your old system. It describes what the selected files say they will bring in; it is not yet a record of what BitMed saved. Read any warnings about values BitMed will fill in. For example, a Products file without a usable units_per_pack may get the default pack size. Correct the CSV and reselect it before importing if the warning describes a wrong value.

Run the import
Select Import these files once. Keep the page open while BitMed processes the upload. The button is disabled after that run finishes, so the same session cannot be submitted again by another press.
Read what happened
After the run, read What happened for the actual count and each file's outcome. Use Download import details to keep the detailed report, especially when rows were refused or kept out. The completed-run example below reports 17 products read and 17 imported; it also reports a new category and medicine-master matches.
The Schedule differences with the medicine master panel compares schedules for linked products. A difference does not silently change a product's schedule. Review the listed products in Products and change a schedule only if you confirm it should be changed.

Correct or repeat an import
Use Previous imports to inspect earlier runs. To submit corrected files, select Start over, then choose the files again. Start over clears the current file list. BitMed recognises rows it already has, so rerunning the same files does not add those rows twice; a corrected row that matches an existing product also does not overwrite that product's saved details. Edit an existing product in Products when its fields need correction.
