How the Store Owner Signs In

Welcome to BitMed! Follow these simple steps to sign into your pharmacy account for the very first time.

Step 1: Open Your BitMed Store Link

Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on your computer. Type in your BitMed store web address (for example, app.bitmed.in).

You will land on the main BitMed sign-in page, headed Welcome back — Sign in to your account.

In the picture above, 1 is Email, 2 is Password, 3 is Forgot password?, 4 is Login, and 5 is the separate Login with Employee Code + PIN option your staff use. Owners sign in with 1, 2 and 4.

Step 2: Enter Your Owner Credentials

Type your registered Owner Email Address.
Type your secret Password. Click the eye icon at the end of the box if you want to check what you typed.
Click Login (or press the Enter key).

In the picture above, 1 and 2 are filled in and 3 is the button to click.

Step 3: Allow the Pop-up (First Time Only)

The very first time you log in, your browser will show a small pop-up asking for permission.

Click Allow.
You will now see the main Billing Dashboard.

Step 4: First-Time Setup or Main Dashboard

First Time Signing In? BitMed will automatically open the Pharmacy Setup Wizard to help you enter your store address, GSTIN, and drug licenses in 4 easy steps.
Already Set Up? You land straight in BitMed, ready to start selling.

In the picture above, 1 is your store name with the billing session this computer is using, 2 is the product search where billing starts, and 3 is the bill you are building. You are ready to sell.

Frequently Asked Questions

It says "Invalid Email or Password". What should I do?

Double-check that your Caps Lock is turned off.
Click the eye icon in the Password box to see what you actually typed.
Make sure you are using the exact email address you registered with during signup.
If you still cannot get in, click Forgot password? under the Password box.

Can staff members sign in here? Pharmacy owners use Email + Password to sign in. Pharmacists and billing staff click Login with Employee Code + PIN on the same page for faster shift logins.
