Normal updates

Updates install silently in the background; a refresh may be suggested (verify live: the update prompt UX). Finish the current bill, then refresh.
Forced update

Rarely, a device on a too-old version is stopped with a force-update screen until it refreshes — this protects your data from syncing wrongly.

Do what it says — refresh/relaunch; you're back in seconds. Nothing local is lost.
