When to use this: Use this guide to update your pharmacy's official business name, contact details, and tax numbers (GSTIN & PAN).
Steps to Update Business Details
- Click Settings (gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar).
- Select Business.

Update your pharmacy information:
- Pharmacy Name: The public brand or trade name of your pharmacy.
- Legal Name: Registered company or legal entity name.
- Contact Name: Name of the owner or primary manager.
- Phone & Email: Official phone number and email for communications.
- GSTIN: 15-digit GST Identification Number (e.g.
27AAAAA0000A1Z5). - PAN: 10-character Permanent Account Number.

Click Save to apply changes.
