When to use this: Use this guide to view your BitMed subscription status, open your account billing portal, and understand the read-only data retention policy.
Accessing Subscription & Billing
- Click Settings (gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar).
- Click Manage Subscription & Billing (opens your BitMed CRM account portal).
Subscription Expiry & Read-Only Mode

Read-Only Safety Mode: If your plan or trial expires, BitMed switches to read-only mode.

Access Retained: You can view all past bills, inventory records, customer ledgers, and tax reports for as long as your records are retained under your plan (see Data retention below).

Renewal: Complete renewal payment in the BitMed CRM portal to unblock new billing immediately.

Data retention: Read-only mode preserves your records for the period supported by your plan after a lapsed subscription. Retention is not indefinite; see the Terms for the applicable policy and export important records before closing an account.
