Steps to Manage Multi-Store Branches

1. Click Settings (gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar).
2. Select Stores & Sessions.

1. View all store locations in your organization:

   • 2 — the header counts them, e.g. Stores (3).
   • 3 — the store you are currently signed into. It is shown in the accent colour and its only action is Edit.
   • 4 — any other branch, with a › chevron. Each row shows the store's display name and its store code.
   This screen does not show sales figures. For daily sales, bill counts, and revenue, go to the Dashboard tab instead (see below).

2. Add New Store Branch — click Add Store (5).

   

   • 1 Store Name and 4 State are the only required fields.
   • 2 Store Code is the short code that appears in bill numbers (e.g. AH1), up to 4 characters. Leave it blank and BitMed generates one.
   • 3 Display Name is what prints on the receipt header; it defaults to the store name.
   • 5 address lines, City and Pin Code.
   • 6 Licences — Drug License No. (Form 20/21), Drug License No. 2 (Schedule C/C1, if applicable), FSSAI License No., and Store GSTIN, which you only fill in if it differs from the organization GSTIN.
   • 7 Create Store.

3. View sales for one store — go to the Dashboard and keep the toggle on Store.

   

   1 is the toggle, 2 is the store and session this device is on, 3 is Sales / Bills / Avg Bill for that store alone, 4 is its alerts and 5 its payment breakdown. The period tabs — Today / 7d / 30d / MTD — sit at the top right.

4. Compare stores — switch the toggle to All Stores to open the Organization Dashboard.

   

   • 2 — Org Totals: Total Sales, Total Bills, Avg Bill and the number of Stores, added up across every branch.
   • 3 — Store Performance — Today: per-store Sales, Bills and Voids.
   • 4 — Org Alerts — Now: Low Stock Products, Near Expiry Batches and Pending Transfers, counted across the whole organization.
   • 5 — Store Comparison with its own Today / 7d / 30d / MTD tabs, adding Avg Bill, Returns and Net per store, plus a Sales Distribution bar chart underneath.

Switching Active Store

Open Settings → Stores & Sessions and select another branch to switch stores. BitMed asks you to confirm before reloading the app; switching discards any open, unsaved billing cart, so finish or hold your bill first.

The store/session chip at the top of the left sidebar opens the billing-session picker for the current store. It does not switch branches.

The same panel carries the Billing session (6 in the first picture) — the terminal session this device bills on, with Change session if you have moved to a different till. See SET-03.
